The breakfast was the best part—loads of choices and deliciously well-cooked! Our room was spacious and tidy. Only downside was the soft beds. could be firmer for a comfy sleep. 😊

The County had a lovely Art Deco theme, and we enjoyed the comfortable Superior Queen Room. Daily cakes delivered to our room were a delightful surprise. The staff provided an excellent welcome, and the hotel’s location made it convenient to explore nearby wineries. Free kiwis and muffins added a nice touch to our stay, enhancing our overall experience.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the area. We enjoyed the unique decor and artifacts throughout the place. It was also a treat to get daily cakes delivered to our room, which was a hit with the teens.

My wife says that the beds were a bit too soft for comfort.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and spoilt by the wonderful team, and the charming decor kept in line with the period made the stay even more special. the location was fantastic, just a stone's throw from the stunning Marine Parade sea wall and only about 500 meters to the National Aquarium, making our city strolls delightful.

Couple's Charming Retreat

We loved the art deco charm,, it felt like we stepped back in time. The daily chocolates in the room were a sweet surprise that really made our stay special.

Definitely not inexpensive,, but still acceptable for the experience.

The ambiance exudes opulence with its elegant library space and charming decor that reminded me of an English manor. The staff graciously stored our daughter's birthday cake, showcasing their thoughtful service. However, the lift was out of order, and though help was offered for our luggage up the stairs, there was no offer to assist with the bags on checkout.
